Mi Alegria means "my happiness".  It is what we hope to help you rediscover.  And it is our happiness to help you in your journey.  We know that happiness cannot be the ultimate goal.  Rather, happiness is found in the journey away from negative patterns of thinking and towards healthier states of being, learning to live fuller, richer and more authentic lives.
