DIANA M GONZALES-RICARD
Diana is a therapist trained in ERP, ACT, CBT, EMDR, and is also a Certified Hypnotherapist. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). As a proud member of the International OCD Foundation, she is dedicated to advancing evidence-based treatment and compassionate care.
Diana’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, interactive, and deeply client-centered. She believes therapy is a partnership—an active process where therapist and client work together to uncover what is holding someone back from living more fully. Her practice is grounded in a blend of Buddhism, Rogerian, and Existential philosophies, creating a space that is both supportive and transformative.
To further expand accessibility and healing opportunities, Diana also offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical.
Outside of her clinical work, Diana is a certified dog trainer and an active volunteer in dog rescue alongside her family, combining her love of animals with her commitment to care and connection.
